Jupiter Transit Murti, Transit from Arudha Lagna vs Moon, & Kundalini Philosophy — Shivering is NOT Kundalini (It's Prana Vayus Cleaning Nadis)

Transit analysis priority: (1) house from Moon (mental experience); (2) nakshatra/Tara from Moon; (3) house from lagna (secondary, needs accurate chart); (4) Murti (amenability to propitiation). Focus on slow planets: Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu. Murti propitiation: Swarnamurti = easy to propitiate; Lohamurti = hell-bent, very difficult to propitiate; prayer hardest to work here. Transit from AL vs Moon: AL shows how the world perceives material status changes; Moon shows how you feel internally. Jupiter in 9th from AL = reality check on materialism; image shifts to wisdom/non-materialism. Saturn in 8th from AL = big material setback; can become pauper in material perception. Planets in kendra from AL = good for material image. "Someone may be internally happy (good Moon transit) but world thinks he went crazy (bad AL transit). Or vice versa — the president who hates his own job." Kundalini: the self-awareness/ego-consciousness; identical to Ishta Devata's Shakti that compressed Brahman into finite body. Kundalini awakening = first direct perception of being beyond the body; indescribable bliss. Shivering is NOT Kundalini — "if Kundalini is flowing, you will not shiver. That is utter nonsense." Shivering = prana vayus exploring and cleaning nadis; physical nerves triggered correspondingly. Any path (Bhakti/Jnana/Karma/Raja) can awaken Kundalini. Measure of progress: how much kama/krodha/lobha/moha have decreased.

"Kundalini awakening is indescribable bliss — the first time you directly perceive you are NOT this body. Shivering is not that. Shivering is prana vayus cleaning the nadis. The real thing feels nothing like shivering."

Jupiter Transit — Murti System

Murties (forms of transit planet):

MurtiMetalQualityNotes
SwarnaGoldVery goodEasy to propitiate; willing to listen
RajataSilverGood
TamraCopperBad
LohaIronVery badVery difficult to propitiate; prepared to give trouble

Propitiation works best when the planet is in Swarna murti — "you can convince him to back off." Lohamurti is hell-bent; propitiation is very difficult.

How to Read Transit Quickly:

  1. House from Moon: Primary indicator of mental experience
  2. Nakshatra/Tara from Moon: Saptattara (good), Nayadhana Tara 7th (bad), etc.
  3. House from Lagna: Secondary (needs accurate chart)
  4. Murti: Tells how amenable to propitiation

Focus on: Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu (slow planets — stay long). Not Sun/Moon/Mars (change too fast).

Transit from Arudha Lagna:

  • From AL: Shows how the world perceives your material status
  • From Moon: Shows how YOU feel about what is happening

Jupiter in 9th from AL: Material image takes a blow; reality check on materialism → person is being tested on materialism vs spiritualism; image may shift to appearing as a wise/non-materialistic person
Saturn in 8th from AL: Big material setback; can become a pauper (material status destroyed)
In Kendra from AL: Good for material image

"Somebody may be internally happy (good Moon transit) but world thinks he went crazy (bad AL transit). Or vice versa — the president who hates his own job."

Kundalini — Philosophy (Discussion)

What Kundalini is:

  • The self-awareness, ego-consciousness; "what you consider as I"
  • Identical to the Ishta Devata's Shakti — the Divine Mother who compressed the infinite Brahman into this finite body
  • Symbolized as a snake (symbolic only, not literal)

Kundalini awakening:

  • Real awakening = the first time you directly perceive you are NOT this body; an indescribable bliss
  • After awakening, it rises slowly as nadis are purified (conditioning drops away)
  • Nadi purification = mind dropping layers of conditioning: I am good, I am bad, this is mine, etc.
  • Measure of progress: How much kama/krodha/lobha/moha have decreased

What shivering is NOT:

  • Shivering is NOT Kundalini rising (that is bliss, not shivering)
  • "If Kundalini is flowing, you will not shiver. That is utter nonsense."
  • Shivering = premonitory signs; vayus (prana currents) exploring and cleaning various nadis
  • When a vayu flows through a nadi, a corresponding nerve current is triggered in the physical body

Paths and Kundalini:

  • Any path (Bhakti, Jnana, Karma, Raja) can awaken Kundalini
  • The idea that only specific exercises (mudras, bandhas, pranayamas) awaken it is a misconception
  • If a devotee loses his sense of self while thinking of Shiva, Kundalini can awaken
