Arun (Boston 1980, Aries Lagna) — Marriage Crisis D7/UL Analysis: 8th from UL Loaded (7 Planets on 2nd/8th Axis), Jagannatha Hora Ayanamsa (Fixed Chitra Plane) & First vs Second Marriage via Tithi Pravesh
Arun chart (Mar 28, 1980, Boston; Aries lagna; wife from Singapore wants divorce after 6 months). D9 UL analysis: UL in Ketu's sign; 2nd from UL = Mercury+Ketu; 8th from UL = Mars+Moon+Saturn+Rahu+Jupiter (5 planets including 7th lord) = "2nd/8th Maraka axis of UL loaded with 7 planets — marriage very troubled." Current Moon MD: Moon-Venus AD = Venus in Maraka sthana = wife left in Moon-Mars period (3L+8L together = Maraka from marriage). 2009 TP: Sun=6L as year ruler; lagna lord in 6H; 7L with Rahu in 8H = "death of marriage." Verdict: "very low chance of marriage being saved; most likely will break." First vs second marriage determination: Tithi Pravesh of Apr 25, 2008 (wedding) shows Jupiter-Mercury dasha; Jupiter = 7L in 3H aspecting 7H → "7th lord dasha giving marriage = first marriage logic"; prior 3-year live-in did not count (PVNR: "marriage = commitment to share life, not just living together"). Jagannatha Hora Ayanamsa: uses fixed plane (solar system rotating around Vishnu Nadi/galactic center); Chitra star always exactly at 180° on this fixed plane (no daily wobble); more stable than Lahiri for Tithi Pravesh; rarely changes sign placements but critical in border cases. Wife's chart (Singapore 1981; Taurus lagna): Jupiter-Venus AD coming = 8L antardasha; Leo Narayana Dasha = 6H from lagna = separation; same June-July period critical for her too. Propitiation: UL in Makara = worship Saturn (Saturday fast) + Durga Saptashati (Rahu dominant).
"Marriage is a commitment to share life — not just living together. If there was no full commitment in the person's mind, the chart does not count it as a marriage. The Tithi Pravesh of the actual wedding date is the clincher. Jupiter as the 7th lord giving the dasha when marriage happened — that is first marriage logic, not second."

Example Charts
Jagannatha Hora Ayanamsa — Technical Note
Standard Lahiri: Projects positions on the ecliptic plane (Sun-Earth plane on that day); the reference plane changes daily.
Jagannatha Hora Ayanamsa (recommended by PVNR):
- Uses fixed plane = plane in which the solar system rotates around Vishnu Nadi (the galactic center)
- Chitra star is always exactly at 180° on this fixed plane (no daily wobble)
- No "coincidence date" concept — the beginning of zodiac is fixed
- More stable and consistent than Lahiri for Tithi Pravesh calculations
Practical impact: Rarely changes planet signs (99.9%+ of cases same), but in border cases (planets near rasi transition), Navamsha lagna or other varga placements may differ. When the difference appears, PVNR recommends using Jagannatha Ayanamsa.
— PVNR"This kind of border case is rare, but in this case Venus' rasi has changed, so Narayana Dasha will change. Download JH 3.2 for this ayanamsa."
Chart Analysis: Arun (March 28, 1980, 6:45 AM, Boston — Aries Lagna)
Question: Marriage in trouble; wife (Singapore) wants divorce after 6 months; can it be saved?
Navamsha — UL (Upada Lagna) Analysis
- UL in Ketu's sign
- 2nd from UL: Mercury + Ketu → "2nd house has 2 planets"
- 8th from UL: Mars + Moon + Saturn + Rahu + Jupiter = 5 planets including 7th lord
- Total on 2nd/8th axis from UL = 7 planets; "2nd and 8th Maraka axis heavily loaded"
- 8th lord (from 7th house of UL) = very bad for marriage
First vs Second Marriage Question:
- Prior 3-year live-in relationship = considered first marriage?
- Tithi Pravesh analysis of April 25, 2008 (actual wedding date):
- Hora lord: Mercury in 7th house
- Chiti Ashtottari Dasha: Jupiter-Mercury at marriage time
- Jupiter = 7th lord in 3rd house (aspecting 7th house) → "7th lord dasha gave marriage"
- Jupiter can give first marriage, not clearly second
- PVNR conclusion: "Tithi Pravesh shows 1st marriage logic; second marriage logic = zero sense here"
- Conclusion: This (April 2008) = first marriage; the 3-year live-in = didn't count as a marriage commitment
— PVNR"Marriage = commitment to share life, not just living together. If there was no full commitment, it doesn't count in the chart."
Current Navamsa (Marriage Year) Analysis
Problematic antardasha sequence in current year:
- Moon-Rahu: Rahu = 6th lord afflicted; aspecting lagna lord in 8th house of death → terrible
- Moon-Venus: Venus in Maraka sthana; "wife left in Moon-Mars period" (3rd+8th lord together = Maraka from marriage)
2009 Tithi Pravesh (year of potential divorce):
- Year ruler: Sun = 6th lord; in inimical sign in Navamsa
- Lagna lord also in 6th house of separation
- 7th lord with Rahu in 8th house = lagna lord + 6th lord in 8th = death of marriage
- Multiple Maraka configurations in Navamsa
Conclusion: "Very low chance of marriage being saved; chance is approximately October-November if anything (Moon/Mercury dasha of both charts momentarily better), but overall: most likely will break."
Girl's Chart: Surinam (Jan 9, 1981, 3:37 PM, Singapore — Taurus Lagna)
- Taurus lagna; Venus (lagna lord) with Sun in lagna
- Saturn + Jupiter in 5th house; Moon in 10th; Mercury + Mars + Ketu in 9th
- Jupiter-Venus antardasha coming = lagna lord + 8th lord together → "8th lord's antardasha coming; chance of break"
- Leo Narayana Dasha starting = 6th house from lagna = separation
- Same June-July Rahu period = problematic for her too
Both charts showing same critical period: June-July 2009 = very problematic for both; October-November = only small window of possibility.
Propitiation (if family insists on trying):
- UL in Makara (Capricorn) = Saturn-owned
- Worship Saturn (fast on Saturday)
- At end of fast, read Durga Saptashati (because Rahu is dominant; Rahu = Durga)
- "But probability is very small; if you are going to pray, pray for a cause with good odds — otherwise you may lose faith"
