Core Principle: Natal → Annual → Monthly Consistency

This is the central teaching of Lesson 57:

For an event to manifest, THREE levels must align:
1. NATAL CHART: The planet's agenda in the natal chart (what it promises)
2. ANNUAL CHART: The same planet active in the year's entry chart
3. MONTHLY CHART: The same planet active in the month's entry chart

If a planet that BLOCKS an event in the annual chart becomes active in the 
monthly chart for that event → the blocking remains, even if the monthly 
yoga looks favorable for the event.

PVNR: "You need consistency across all three levels. If Jupiter promises marriage in the natal chart, Jupiter must be active in the annual chart, and then Jupiter (or its associated house/sign) must be active in the monthly chart too. If Saturn blocks marriage in the annual chart, and then Saturn is active in the monthly chart for marriage → Saturn will still block."

Application:

• For Kiran's October 19 delay: The blocking planets (Venus in 6th = badhaka active, Rahu causing foreign delay) were active in the monthly chart → they fulfilled their blocking role even though the annual chart had marriage promise
• For Kiran's February 1 success: The same "marriage" planets from the annual chart were active in the monthly chart → consistency achieved → event happened
