TP 2004–2005: Protection from Imprisonment

• Hora Lord = Mars (indicates the main events of the year)
• Mars is the 5th lord and 12th lord in D-10 (for Leo lagna)
• Mars is placed in the 9th house (Leo) with Sun (9th lord) and Mercury (7th lord) — this configuration = protection
• Bandhana Sahama (the mathematical point for imprisonment in the chart) = at the end of Capricorn
• The lord of Bandhana Sahama (Saturn) does not have a strong connection to the 12th lord or 12th house
• Conclusion: No imprisonment in 2004–2005 TP year

TP 2005–2006: Weak Chance of Imprisonment

• Saturn is in the 12th house in parivartana with Moon
• Rahu is very close to the Bandhana Sahama point (in Pisces, 8th house)
• Some connection for imprisonment exists, but it is weak
• Conclusion: Chances of imprisonment are there but not strong

TP 2006–2007: Strong Connection for Imprisonment

• Hora Lord = Mercury (also the lagna lord)
• Mercury is in the 12th house with Sun (12th lord) and Venus (Bandhana Sahama lord — Saturn)
  • Wait: Venus is the Bandhana Sahama lord in this context
• This is a strong connection: 12th house, 12th lord, lagna lord, AND Bandhana Sahama lord all coincide
• PVNR compares this to Swami Jayendra Saraswati's chart (who was actually arrested)
• Order of maleficence for this TP: Venus < Mercury < Sun (Sun is most malefic here)
  • By the Result Exchange Rule: Sun can exchange results with Venus → Venus energy can be "exchanged" to give Sun results
• Conclusion: 2006–2007 is the year with the highest probability of imprisonment

Historical Note

Michael Jackson was acquitted in June 2005. The analysis above shows that 2004–2005 had the least risk (acquittal), 2005-2006 had some risk, and 2006-2007 had the strongest configuration. His actual crisis years align with this pattern.

Vimshottari Dasha Analysis

Why Vimshottari (Not a Conditional Dasha)?

• None of the conditional dashas apply to Michael Jackson's chart

Ketu Dasha Conclusion

Ketu dasha (Feb 2006 – Feb 2013): High probability of imprisonment given the planetary configuration. Very slim chances of getting out before this dasha ends.

Next Mahadasha: Venus (from 2013)

• Venus is the lagna lord in D-10, well-placed in the 3rd house (Rasi chart)
• Venus gives Raj Yoga in D-10
• In D-20 (spirituality chart): Venus is the 4th and 9th lord (strong spiritual desire)
  • Saturn (lagna lord of D-20) is in Venus's sign → makes Venus very significant
• Venus dasha = new lease of life, career renaissance

D-20 Check for Spiritual Development During Ketu

• In D-20: Lord of 5th house (devotion) is in the 8th from 5th → lack of devotion/discipline
• 9th lord Venus in 7th house = strong spiritual desire
• No special yogas, but Venus will give good results in its own dasha

Narayana Dasha — Rasi Chart Analysis

Present Dasha: Cancer (Rasi Chart)

• Cancer is in the 3rd house from the Rasi lagna (Taurus lagna after time correction? or as per Leo ND? — note: this analysis is from the corrected Rasi chart)
• Narayana (the dasha lord principle) is being activated in Capricorn (7th from Cancer = where Narayana sits)
• Venus is the lagna lord of Cancer → shows existence, health, character, wisdom
• 6th house significations: enmity, rivalry, litigation, struggle

Guru Chandala Yoga in 3rd House

• Dasha sign Cancer = 3rd house from progressed ASC perspective
• But from Cancer's position, Guru Chandala Yoga (Jupiter + Rahu conjunction) is activated
• Guru Chandala Yoga in different houses:
  • In 7th → serious problems in marriage/partnerships
  • In 9th → misfortune regarding father, protection weakened
  • In 1st → poor development of intelligence, health problems
  • In 10th (from progressed lagna) → career is ruined during this dasha

When Rahu Afflicts Jupiter vs. When Rahu Afflicts Sun

An important remedial principle:

• When Sun + Mercury join with Jupiter + Rahu, the Sun and Mercury moderate and mitigate the Guru Chandala energy (Sun-Mercury is also a Raj Yoga from Taurus lagna, adding positivity)

2nd Principle — Progressed Lagna: Capricorn

• Progressed lagna for Cancer dasha = Capricorn
• From Capricorn:
  • 10th house = Libra (where Jupiter + Rahu sit) → career is ruined from progressed lagna perspective
  • 8th house = Leo (where 6th lord Mercury + 8th lord Sun sit) → these two in 8th from progressed lagna give Vipreeta Raj Yoga (VRY — good, but only after giving tension first)
  • But Mercury is also 9th lord from Capricorn → 9th lord in 8th = lack of protection; withdrawal of good fortune
  • 4th house (comfort, mother, education, vehicles) is afflicted by both Mars and Ketu from Capricorn
    • Mars (son of Rudra — protective but aggressive) and Ketu (Rudra-swarupa — destructive) both in 4th from progressed lagna
    • Ketu is also 8th lord from the 4th house → depleting sukha (comfort)
• Overall: lot of frustration, anxiety, unlucky period during Cancer dasha

Antardasha Analysis (from Entry Chart)

• Current antardasha: Sagittarius
  • In the entry chart of Cancer dasha: 12th lord Jupiter afflicts lagna lord Saturn
  • Ketu in Sagittarius in 12th = detachment, giving-up, letting go
• Next antardasha: Capricorn
  • Capricorn's lord Saturn is in trines to Capricorn → not much difficulty
  • Problems will resurface around 2006 (after appeals, legal processes resume)

About Bhoga Calculation for This Chart

• Question from student: Should we calculate Bhoga for this chart?
• Answer: No. Bhoga is calculated only for the Vimshottari Dasha system, not for Narayana Dasha. Bhoga is a Vimshottari-specific concept.

Next Mahadasha: Leo (Rasi ND)

• Leo has a good Raj Yoga: Sun + Mercury (lot of following and support)
• Narayana activates: Sun, Mercury, A8 (Mrityupada = point of hardship), and Leo as a sign
• Leo is 4th from lagna (sense of right direction) but 12th from AL (fall in status)
• Progressed lagna for Leo dasha = Aquarius
  • 9th from Aquarius = Libra → 9th house is destroyed (unlucky)
  • 7th lord (loss of longevity indicator) + 8th lord (longevity giver) are together in 7th with A8 (Mrityupada)
  • Health trouble or death likely before August 2017 — Narayana Dasha is not the ideal dasha for timing death, but the indicators are present
