• 2007-2008 = Cheney rises back; defeats those who were attacking him; re-asserts power

• Mercury (LL) in own house = greatest blessing and only saving grace

• Badhakesha Mercury in 12H = "All nagging worries suddenly disappearing"
• Jupiter-Saturn Parivartana (10L+11L) = "What you do and what you get are in sync — harmony"
  • 10th lord acts as 11th lord and vice versa
  • "Work leads directly to fulfillment of desire = excellent"
• From Arudha Lagna: Mars in Lagna, Jupiter in 10H, Saturn in 11H, Badhakesha in 12H = all good angles
• "Out of 9 planets, 6 are very well placed"

Key Teaching: 4th Lord in 12H — Peace or Loss?

This subtle teaching came up in 2007 chart analysis:

• Common mistake: assume 4L in 12H = loss of happiness/peace
• Correct analysis: look at 4H itself — from 4H, where is 4L?
  • 4L in 12H = 4L is in 9H from 4H = protecting the 4H (9H gives blessings)
  • "The planet whose job it is to give sukha is protecting sukha from the 9th position"
• If 4L is a benefic in 12H: person is calm, relaxed, not worried = this IS peace
• If 4L is a malefic in 12H: then it can show loss of sukha

• Also: 12H = "being at complete peace because you gave it up or because you made a compromise"
