“A debilitated trine lord is not bad for you — it is just weak. It already wants to help; it just cannot. That is the only problem. So you can strengthen it safely — gemstone works, and choosing its dasha or strong transit moment multiplies the result.”

“Neecha Bhanga of a dusthana lord is not desirable. That planet being weak was good — the obstacles were debilitated. When Neecha Bhanga removes that weakness, you strengthen the obstacle-maker. Better to leave the 8th lord debilitated.”

“Gandanta at birth, at travel, at marriage — Parashara says all of these are nidhanaprada: death-giving. It applies to both the natal chart and any muhurta you are selecting. You must check all three types.”

“This particular Gandanta defined by Parashara is just for half a degree — 30 minutes of arc on either side of the nakshatra border. We are not even talking about a full degree here. It is very tight, very specific.”

“If you see a combination suggesting death within a fortnight, don't wait. On the 11th day — or even within the sootaka period if urgency demands — do Mrityunjaya Homa. Balarishta overrides all longevity calculations; remedy is urgent.”

“Parivartana across Mahadasha levels is like two people living in the same house. After enough time together, they start thinking like each other. But if they are uncomfortable with each other — like Moon and Rahu — they may never exchange.”

“You can predict that there will be some material setback. But saying specifically "robbery" is tough. Rahu and Mars are the karakas for thieves — once they trigger the 2nd lord and the 8th together, some material loss is certain.”

“Apoklimas are the worst houses for planets to be in. The results require the most effort to manifest — like a bank account that has been heavily withdrawn on in past lives. Kendras are middle; Panaparas come most easily.”

“When the lagna lord, Moon, Moon sign lord, or Atmakaraka is in Gandanta — that is much worse than other planets. Like if your father or mother is the one with cancer, the suffering is more personal. Mars is all three for this child.”

“When you pray to Dharmadevata, she removes anything that blocks you from living your dharma. When Ishtadevata is invoked, she cuts off bonds one after the other — moksha direction. Choose based on what you actually need right now.”

“As long as you think you are doing karma, you will accumulate results — even 1000 years later. The only solution is to give up the kartrtva bhava entirely. Think: it is Mahalakshmi everywhere, she is doing everything. If you really believe it 100%, you get no karma.”

“A9 and A5 being together — excellent. A5 and A11 — excellent. A9 and A11 — excellent. All three together in the same sign? This is brilliant. He is very lucky as far as education goes.”

“If a malefic is exalted in the 3rd or 6th from Arudha Lagna — do not reverse it. He is in a party mood to hurt you and he is powerful. He will come and just kill you without even announcing it. Exaltation accentuates the natural nature.”

“Benefic planets when associated with any house bring good results to that house. The lord of the house or karaka, if they are associated, it is good. If they are afflicted, it is bad.”

In Saturn antardasha in D10, Saturn is the 5th lord in the lagna — that is Poorvapunya for a career break right there. The prediction is June 23 to August 1, especially mid-July in the Mercury sub-period. That is when the first job will come.”

“The 11th lord is always looking for gains. It uses the house it is in as a resource to fulfill that agenda. It is not bad for the native per se, but it is not liberating — it binds you to the material world. The 3rd wants, the 6th fights, the 11th gets at any cost. These three houses are the engine of worldly desire. Their lords, wherever placed, run that engine.”

“The 11th lord in 6th — this is called Harasthana yoga. The 11th lord is the 6th from the 6th house; it is the Bhavat Bhavam of the 6th house. Disease compounds disease. The question is only when.”

“The 11th lord in 9th makes the person a dharma activist — he doesn't just know dharma, he takes initiative to uphold it. From the 9th house as lagna, this planet is the 3rd lord in the lagna — the 3rd lord shows initiative and Kama. His Kama is dharma. And the money is always in circulation — dhanadhipaha means not a huge bank balance but he always has what he needs to put to work.”

“When I say the 10th house shows Indriyas, I am not talking about physical sense organs — those have specific houses. The 10th house is Indrasthana — your overall relationship with your senses. Whether you master them or succumb to them. Indra himself falls repeatedly due to pride. And the 6th house is the 9th from the 10th — it is the dharma of the senses. Their dharma is to create desire, anger, and greed. The question is whether you resist them.”

“Rahu and Ketu afflicting Sun and Moon is not bad for sadhana — it can give moksha. When Ramakrishna Paramahansa experienced nirvikalpa samadhi, in the Dasha Pravesh chakra of that year, Sun and Moon were on the same axis as Rahu and Ketu — an eclipse was being caused in the Dasha chart. Eclipse time: stop dharmic ritual activities, start meditating. The power is 1000 times more than normal.”

“D16 is called the Kalamsa — the chart of your mental state. Moon has 16 kalas from new Moon to full Moon. Similarly the D16 shows the phases of your mind — when it will be happy and when it will be unhappy. It is not just the chart of vehicles. D4 is property. D16 is mental state.”

“Do not jump to the conclusion that someone with the 12th lord in 6th is a sinner. Viparita Rajayoga applies here — the Dusthana lord is in another Dusthana. This person could be fighting for dharma, not against it. From the 9th and 10th houses, this placement is actually good. Context determines the expression. Always check the relationships with the 9th and 10th lords.”

“Surface aggression comes from Mars. Internally, she is actually depressed — it is depression, not aggression, that is her core problem. Saturn on Mercury means she cannot think clearly. She is going through an internal struggle and cannot express what is happening inside. Be kind and gentle. Send her abroad for education. From Ketu dasha, things will fall into place. This is why she has attempted suicide. The mind is depressed, the intelligence is confused, and the will to fight is gone. Do Angaraka Homam with full sincerity — not 15 minutes daily, but sunrise to sunset for 48 days, with full focus on her welfare.”

“Pratyangira is not a mother goddess. She is a weapon — an astra personified to calm down Narasimha. You do not approach a nuclear weapon directly. You go to your mother, Chandi, and say: my problem is very serious, please handle it. If she feels Pratyangira's energy is needed, she will invoke it on your behalf. Ninety-nine percent of those doing Pratyangira homam today have no idea what they are doing. Stay away.”

“If a planet owns the 5th and the 6th and is placed such that it gives good results from one and bad from the other, and both tendencies are balanced, they will cancel each other. If they are unequal, both will manifest — the stronger one more, the weaker one less. This is the principle for reading dual-ownership planets across the whole chart.”

“The karaka can be used as lagna. Houses from a planet are reckoned from its exact longitude — not from the beginning of the sign. 30 degrees from Mercury's longitude is the 2nd house, the next 30 degrees is the 3rd house, and so on. In this chart, Jupiter from Mercury's lagna is in the 12th house in D24 — the 3rd and 6th lords in the 12th. That is a Vipariita Rajayoga for education. Struggle first, then excellent.”

“This is a 20-20 match. The last over is when you win. From 2017, Mars dasha runs for 20 years — and Mars is in Parava Amsa, 127% Shadbala, 6th lord in 6th in Dasamsa. He will climb very fast. Prepare for this period. Don't lose heart over academic struggles now. Bheemarupi Hanuman — 54 times a day for 108 days. Tradition says you will see Hanuman. I know people for whom this happened.”

“Parashara says: the 4th house from Mars is between 90 and 120 degrees from Mars. The 5th house from Jupiter is between 120 and 150 degrees from Jupiter. This is counting from the planet's exact longitude, not from sign beginnings. And he says: "in case a bhava spans two signs" — that is only possible if bhavas are determined by longitude, not by signs. Lagna is the start of the first house.”

“For those not interested in religion — just light a candle, sit in front of it, and keep looking at it. That is deepam trataka. That strengthens the Sun inside you. You do not need to chant anything. Just gaze and think of God in whatever terms you understand him. If you are with the Sun, the Sun will be with you.”

“Take the planet that is the karaka for the problematic tissue and use it as a lagna. The body tissue in question here is nerve tissue, and Mars is the karaka for nerves. From Mars as lagna, the 7th lord is in the 8th house — Maraka combination. The nerve tissue itself is in trouble. And both Sun and Mars are strong Pitta planets — the nerves are too tense, not too dry. Shankhpushpi and Brahmi in hot milk will soothe them.”

“Prasna is not like natal astrology where the rules are objective and a wrong rule gives consistently wrong results. Prasna is divination. It depends on your relationship with God. Pick a set of rules, be consistent, and ask God to answer through your scheme. Whether the answer comes depends on your faith and sincerity, not just technical correctness. “Nakshatra-planet lordship in Vimshottari is for dasha calculation only. It does not mean Punarvasu has a spiritual relationship with Jupiter. In Ashtottari dasha, the same Punarvasu belongs to a different planet entirely. To assign permanent esoteric meaning to Vimshottari nakshatra-lords is a Kali Yuga corruption. The true nakshatra rulerships are the devatas — those are ancient and valid. Vimshottari is a calculation tool, not a spiritual map.”

“Sun is the 12th lord in the Dasamsa, and he is sitting right in the middle of the Venus-Saturn Raj Yoga. Had he not been there, it would have been beautiful. But a dusthana lord conjoining a Raj Yoga gives Raj Yoga Bhanga — he spoils the party. In Sun mahadasha, the Raj Yoga cannot express. The Antardasha lords must all work within Sun's agenda — losses and compromises. Wait for Moon dasha.”

“Sade Sati should be judged not only from Rasi Moon. Judge it also from the Navamsa Moon for marriage and the Dasamsa Moon for career. A person may not suffer in all areas at the same time. In this chart, Saturn transiting Virgo is the Ellara position for the Dasamsa Moon — that is career Sade Sati. The Rasi is also suffering. Both together = very difficult period. But the marriage chart may be fine.”

“When you start noticing yourself humming the mantra in the bathroom, while driving, without any effort — that is the threshold. The mind has become saturated with the mantra. Random thoughts still come, but a part of your mind is always with the mantra. At that point, the blocking karmas are really starting to burn. Before that, you are doing some good work. But the real combustion starts when it becomes reflex.”

“Parashara treats Bhava Arudhas and Graha Arudhas as equally important. The bhava is inanimate — it is just a circumstance, a room. The graha is the intelligence that enters the room and decides what to do with it. The Arudha is the door of the room — the external symbol visible to the world. The graha Arudha shows how the world perceives the planet's attitude and intelligence, not just the circumstances.”

“Parashara says a planet should aspect the 11th from the Pada, but NOT the 12th. With Rashi Drishti, a movable sign aspects fixed signs only — it is impossible for a planet to aspect the 11th without also reaching the 12th in the same direction. Only Graha Drishti allows Mars or Saturn to aspect the 11th house from a pada without touching the 12th. Therefore all pada-based rules use Graha Drishti, not Rashi Drishti.”

“Ramakrishna Paramahansa — a fully realized soul — was devoted to Kali. If you take the 12th from his Atmakaraka in Navamsa, you get Sun, which points to Rama or Tara. That is wrong. In D20 you get the correct answer. If the formula fails for someone who actually achieved liberation through a specific deity, the formula is wrong — not the saint. Karakamsa is in D20.”

“Parashara uses two different Sanskrit words — shubha for functional benefic and saumya for natural benefic. He uses papa for functional malefic and kruura for natural malefic. Mixing these is a standard mistake. When he says a benefic or malefic planet in the 12th from Arudha Lagna gives expenses through good or bad means, he means functional benefic or malefic — not natural.”

“The standard sign-based Arudha for Dhirubhai Ambani gives Pisces — a rishi or sage. But he was India's richest man, a bull-headed market fighter. The alternative approach, using exact longitudes, gives 29 degrees Taurus — the bull. And from that Taurus Arudha, 6.5 out of 8 planets have significant aspect on the 11th house. That is overwhelming planetary influence on gains. This is validation.”

“I have not seen anybody — including myself — actually predict confidently from Arudha principles alone using the standard sign-based approach. It is not complete white noise. It is signal corrupted with a lot of white noise. Some cases work, some don't. The alternative longitude approach reduces the noise. But I am still experimenting. Parashara's full understanding may emerge over the next hundred years. We are in process.”

“Parashara says Ketu in 7th from Arudha Lagna, conjoined by a papa graha, gives sahasi — bold, reckless behavior. And white hair. Ketu is a Pitta planet. When Ketu is in the 7th — in the way the person interacts with the world — the Pitta constitution is projected. The person looks older, has white hair, is impulsive and explosive in dealings. This is how the world perceives him.”

“Atmakaraka is the sense of I. Not pride — the Vedantic ego, the I-sense itself. The entire personality is a kingdom, and AK is the king. The 12th house from AK shows what helps dissolve that I-sense — that is the Ishta Devata. And Amatyakaraka is the minister — the sense of purpose. Before the king can retire into moksha, the minister's agenda must be completed. The 6th from AmK shows the deity who helps you fulfill that mission.”

“The purpose of Mangalik matching is not really about happiness — it is about making sure neither person destroys the other. If one person is very Martian — fiery, aggressive, explosive — and the other person is a lamb, the lamb will be eaten. You need to find someone who also has strong Mars. Both will be unhappy sometimes, but equally so — no one gets destroyed. Match the energy level, not just the textbook positions.”
